ADMISSION NOTICE

(i)     

Admission:

        Admissions are open to Nursery class falling within the age group between 3 years 6 months and 4 years 6 months from 1st April of the academic year and a corresponding scale of age for the higher classes. 

(ii)    

Procedure:

          Application forms for registration will normally be made available at the school office for a period which will be notified on the school notice board. The Application forms should be returned to the office duly filled by a specific date as notified on the Notice Board.

(iii)

The Application forms for Registration should be filled and submitted alongwith:

 (a)   Date of Birth Certificate from:

(i) Nagar Mahapalika        (ii) The Maternity Hospital       (iii)  Aadhar Card      (iv) The Church

    (b)  Four Passport size photographs

     (iv)   Interaction with the Principal :

          On the date and time specified, on the slip provided on submission of  Application form, the father, the mother and the child will appear for an interaction with the Principal.

       (v)    Result and admission:

          The names of those who appeared for an interaction and the date to complete the admission formalities will be displayed on the notice board.

          No enquiries will be entertained at the office with regard to the final list of the candidates.

   (vi) Other Classes:

(a) Generally there are no admissions to other classes as children from lower classes are promoted and go to the higher classes.

     (b) However, as some vacancies may arise due to failure in lower classes and withdrawal, opportunity is provided to all those who would like to seek admission to other classes.

     (c) Only those who apply for those classes which have vacancies will then be asked to appear for the Admission Test.

(d) The Principal reserves the right to admit or to refuse admission to anybody at any time without assigning any reason for his action.

(e) Transfer Certificate

          No admission to other than nursery class can be done unless a T.C. from recognised school is submitted. Those coming from outside Uttar Pradesh should have their. T.C. counter signed by competent Educational Authority of that place. In no case shall the child be considered to a class higher than the one stated in the Transfer Certificate. The Principal has the right to say on what condition he will admit or retain a pupil in the school.

(f) The very condition for admission is that the parents/ Guardians comply strictly with the school rules and regulations, co-operate with the school for the welfare of the institution, give sufficient time and care to their wards even after the admissions are over.

(g) The date of birth of a student once entered will not be changed. The parent/guardian will have to sign an undertaking to this effect.
