School Fees

1.       School fee must be deposited into the bank account of Don Bosco School, Mahmudabad at the bank counter of  Oriental Bank of Commerce, Mahmudabad, from 1st to 20th  of every Quarter. Fee Collection at the bank will be from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm on working days. All the fees have to be paid by the 20th of each Quarter failing which Rs. 100/- late fee will be charged. No Concession will be given in late fee and re-admission fee.

2.       In case of special circumstances when parents are unable to pay the fees before the stipulated date, they must see the Principal in person and seek extension for the same before the due date, but they will pay the fine.

3.       No exemption or deduction in fees will be made on account of broken periods, holidays or absence for any reason.

4.       All other details regarding prescribed fees and due dates of payments are printed in the fee book.

5.       Students withdrawing from the school during the year without notice of withdrawal to the school will be required to pay the fees for the whole of the term, notwithstanding the fact that the child has not attended the school during that period, before issuing a Transfer Certificate or readmission can be considered.

6.       No student will be allowed to appear for the examination and no report card will be given unless all dues have been cleared.

7.       A separate fee chart has been attached to the fee book for the intimation of the

parents/guardians.
